Sutton & Cheam Swimming Club is a self-supporting, non-profit making organisation and fees are charged merely to cover club costs.

Club Membership Fees cover administration, affiliation and insurance to the ASA for all club members. Membership fees are set annually at the AGM and paid with the January training fees and ASA Registration Fee. Current fees are:

Training Fees

Training fees are set at a level to meet the costs of pool hire and coaching and are charged on a sliding scale according to the number of sessions swum each week. Since pool hire charges can be changed at short notice, the Committee reserves the right to adjust training fees during the year.

Training fees are paid monthly on any Wednesday evening (club night), or by Direct Debit.

It is important that all members pay regularly at the beginning of each month so that our commitments may be met.

Water Polo Fees

Water Polo players similarly pay annual Membership and ASA Registration as above with Training/Competition fees normally paid by Bank Standing Order as follows:

Special arrangements are normally made for University Students

ASA Registration Fees

All swimmers must be registered with the ASA in their ninth year and older to enter club, league galas, Open Meets and water polo competitions. The Registration Secretary will automatically contact gala squad swimmers at the appropriate time.
