Jack Petchey Achievement Awards
Each month, Sutton & Cheam Swimming club members are entitled to
elect a Jack Petchey Achievement Award Winner; for outstanding achievement,
or for exceptional contribution to the club.
Each winner will receive a certificate (and a medal at an annual awards
ceremony) and will be able to decide where the £300 donation from
Jack Petchey should be spent. This is a great encouragement to the club
and helps provide equipment and opportunities that may otherwise remain
on the wish list.
Nominations can be made electronically by any club member using our
nomination form and a link to the form will be emailed to you.
Alternatively, you can print off a copy of the Jack
Petchey Nomination Form here, complete it and bring it along to
Cheam Leisure Centre on Mondays or Wednesdays and place it in the posting
box provided.
Don't forget:
- Award Winners must be aged between 11-25
- Each person can only receive the award once
- To get your nominations in!
